I found hearing this Radio Canada interview so moving. I actually welled up. When I hear myself, I hear a vulnerable candour. I enjoyed speaking with Line and so appreciated how she highlighted the spiritual aspect of the call to the North Pole. Quite amazing. She interviewed me the evening before we left, amidst the chaos pre-trip. I feel something happens to me when I speak French. I feel a tenderness, something from my heart and soul that I don't quite access in English.
I wish I could understand it more, but from what I do get, it sounds great.
ReplyDeleteTres Bien.

ReplyDeleteLe Yoga dans la boƮte de nuit, n'est-ce pas?
ReplyDeleteIndeed, Parvati, when you speak in French, it is very, very soft and gentle.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand a word (it's not similar to Dutch at all.... :-)), but I love hearing you speak French.
